I have been most impressed by the performance today of Yuan and Ti. They have been exemplary workers all day long. Another worker did not come with them today but they did the work of 4 people. They were sociable with me an my husband and with each other. I would recommend these two K&K workers to anyone who would like their floors sanded, waxed and pollished.

We got hardwood floors installed on the upper level and stairs of our house and engineered on the lower level. You cannot tell the difference. They are both beautiful.

They removed the parquetry floors, tile, and carpet, moved the furniture, installed the floors, put the furniture back in the right place, and cleaned up.

I would highly recommend K&K to anyone looking to have hardwood floors installed. The house we bought had horrible parquetry floors from the 70s over concrete slab, and terrible carpet on the upper level. We had 4 companies come out and give us estimates. We were very happy with Patrick’s explanation of the floors. We had to get engineered floors on the first floor because of the concrete slab. He explained that the higher quality engineered floors can be refinished several times.

Their estimate was the lowest of all of the companies we had come out. He also got the estimate back to us the fastest.We went to their showroom and were very pleased with our options. We chose a beautiful dark maple.

The crew that come out to install the floors was excellent. They were super professional. Worked non-stop and did an incredible job. I have a small child, and they worked around our need to have a room for him to nap in. They were very careful moving our furniture, made very little mess, which they cleaned up spotless. The craftsmanship of the crew leader was exceptional. Our stairs have a strange landing, and he did a great job laying the planks and installing the toe kick.

They put felt floor protectors on everything, and I mean everything, which is super. He explained to me how to care for and clean the
floors. The lower level bathroom had horrible tile in it. We didn’t notice that the tile was the base molding before hand. He removed this tile and installed new base molding that matched the rest of our molding. We had a cable for our TV running from one room through the dining room into the family room. When we had the TV installed on the wall, the guy was not able to get the cable to the TV any other way. They were able to completely hide the cable cord. We are so happy.

I have nothing bad to say about our experiences with this company. From start to finish they were professional and did an outstanding job. We could not be more pleased. I highly recommend you have this company come out if you are looking for hardwood floors.

These guys are the best. They installed hardwood floors in my family room and kitchen and foyer last year and then I had them come back to do the living room and dining room this year. They matched the old floor perfectly. Looks beautiful.

Patrick came out to provide an estimate to install hardwood flooring on the steps, living and dining rooms. Patrick suggested that I go
with one solid plank for the stairs so that it would provide a professional look—he was absolutely correct–they look excellent! I went with white risers–which really makes the steps “pop” with color.

I wanted the floors to match the wood on the handrails. He provided three options and suggested that I go with the color “mocha”. It is a perfect match!

K&K removed the old carpet from all the stairs, living and dining rooms and 3rd floor landing. I have recevied rave reviews from everyone who has been to my house. I am pleased to say I now have a ”new home.” I am very pleased with the service K&K performed. Excellent! Six workers were present and they completed the job in one day! I am very pleased with their work.

I’ve used K&K Floors twice now, and can’t say enough good things about them. About five years ago, they installed gorgeous ash
throughout my old condo, and two weeks ago, they installed red oak in the master bedroom in my new condo. Both times, the work was
top-notch and the price was very reasonable. I was worried this last time because they had to match the red oak to existing floor in the
rest of the place that was installed eight years ago, but it is a perfect match and you would never know that the floor was installed at
two different times. Both times I’ve used K & K too, they did the work quickly and left the place as clean, if not cleaner, than they
found it. An excellent company all around.

We went to several flooring places before deciding on K and K Floors. We spoke with Mr Cho, who gave us the best price for the hardwood we were looking for. After Mr Cho sent us his estimate, we changed our mind and went with a more expensive wood. We had over 1400 sq ft of wood installed on our main floor and upper hallway also two staircases. This included removal of old hardwood, some laminate flooring and several ares of carpet. The removal and installation took one day and the 2 staircases took another day. Just what we were told.

Mr Cho gave us a can of the stain he used on the trim so we could touch up nail heads and also stain the railings. The staff at K and K
were excellent to work with especially Sunny and Mr Cho. They were both always available to answer our questions and they made the who experience fantastic. The crew that installed our floors did and exceptional job and cleaned up the work areas at the end of both days.

The work they did on our upper staircase is superb. People who have seen the work say the stairs look like they were done original to the house. That puts a smile on my face. The wood we chose was Chesapeake Nautical Rosewood. It looks beautiful and we can’t thank Mr Cho, Sunny and the rest of the crew at K and K Floors enough. We would highly recommend this Business to anyone looking for new flooring in their home.
